Show your support for The Apology by adding a frame to your Facebook profile.

Directions for uploading The Apology Facebook frames to your profile:

1. Go to your Facebook profile page.

2. Click on your profile picture.

3. Click “Update Profile Picture.”

4. Click “Add Frame” button at the top right.

5. Search “#TheApologyNow” and several color options should come up.

6. Select the length of time you’d like to keep your frame on your social profile and click “Use as Profile Picture.”

7. You’ve joined the movement!
